Pandemic diseases by 2020
On January 4, 2020, I posted on my facebook that year “Twenty
Twenty (2020)” or year “Scare Scare” (in Khmer language there are the same
pronounciation of Scare and Twenty.
Of course, there was no news of a catastrophic or
catastrophic event, but for me, I feel terrible because since the night of
coundown New Year's Day 2020, there is always a bad feeling. One more unusual
thing, so posted as a nervous year?
20 days later, an outbreak in Wuhan, Hubei province,
caused a rapid spread of the corona virus, causing authorities to shut down
many cities and provinces. The city of Wuhan, which has a population of more
than 11 million people, was completely suspended from traveling and detained in
house, making Wuhan become a ghost town. There are no travelers, transporter,
train, bicycle... but the traffic is only authorities and health workers.
To date, the new lung disease virus, dubbed the Covid-19
(CoronaVirus Disease 2019), has infected more than 800,000 Chinese nationals
and more than 3,000 people died, in China. But not only in China, the disease
is spreading more than 100 countries around the world has led to an increase pandemic
cases, reaching over 120,000 and killing more than 4,000, including the most
affected countries besides China, is South Korea, Italy and Iran.
I hope this fear will end soon, but what cannot be fixed,
the only thing to do is to keep your body clean by taking some simple steps:
1. Keep clean, washing hands with soap and cooking food
well
2. Wear a mask
3. Keep a distance from each other around 2 meters and do
not join crowded areas
4) Take a self-test to determine the condition of our
lungs, since the virus attacks our lungs first before symptoms appear in 5-15
days. The test procedure is in the morning, take a deep breath, then stand for
15 seconds and then repeat for two to three time in the morning. If you don’t
have sympton like difficult to breath, tired or caugh. Congratulations! you are
not yet infected.
